Maiden to Motherhood is not in-network with insurance plans and operates as a private-pay practice. Many clients appreciate this model because it allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care, without the restrictions required by insurance companies.

Our work together begins with a 60-minute intake session, which gives us time to understand your story, your current challenges, and your goals for therapy.
After this initial meeting, we can schedule ongoing sessions in 60-, 45-, or 30-minute formats depending on what best supports your needs.
